Q: What is included in my registration fee?
A: Your registration includes a race bib with a timing chip, an official MUM Marathon t-shirt, a finisher's medal, access to hydration stations, medical support, and post-race refreshments.
Q: When and where can I pick up my race kit?
A: Race kit collection will be at the MUM main campus on December 13th and 14th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.
Q: Are there age restrictions?
A: Yes. Full Marathon runners must be 18+. Half Marathon is 16+. The 5km Fun Run is open to all ages, but participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: What makes this an "eco-friendly" marathon?
A: We use compostable cups (no plastic bottles), provide digital guides, and partner with local groups to plant 10 trees for every registered participant.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We cannot offer refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another person up to two weeks before race day. Please contact us for assistance.
